Jemi Patel, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from Salus University in 2023 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience: Cellular and Molecular from Temple University in 2019.
Dr. Patel is a compassionate and detail-oriented optometrist dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized eye care. She has advanced training in ocular disease management, dry eye therapy, contact lens fitting, and emergency eye care, with clinical interests that include autoimmune and neuro-related eye conditions, glaucoma, and surgical co-management. Known for her approachable and caring nature, she takes the time to educate her patients and create treatment plans tailored to their needs and lifestyle, helping them achieve long-term visual comfort and clarity.
Inspired by her background in neuroscience, Dr. Patel developed a strong interest in how the human brain perceives the world through vision. While she initially considered a career in academia, her experiences in clinical care led her to focus on helping patients enhance their quality of life through improved vision.
