Laura Sloan, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook in 1983.
With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Sloan has dedicated her career to providing exceptional eye care to her patients. She was inspired to pursue optometry after interning with a friend’s cousin who was an optometrist, an experience that sparked her passion for helping others improve their vision and eye health.
Dr. Sloan enjoys being able to provide services that make a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives. Outside of the office, she enjoys crosswords, needlepoint, Peloton workouts, and Sudoku.
